Susan Hoblock deVoe graduated from Siena College in 1987 with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. She received a Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from Albany Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State, Albany County Bar Association and Saratoga County Bar Association. She has been a delegate to the New York State Judicial Convention. She is on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Northeastern New York. She has served as Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Colonie, N.Y, for the Town of Ticonderoga, N.Y. and for the Town of Putnam, N.Y. Her areas of practice include Banking Law, Real Estate Law, Telecommunications Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law.
