Our depth of experience encompasses everything related to the sale, financing and acquisition of real estate. Working with our Corporate Business and Banking Department, we represent commercial lenders and borrowers in conventional mortgage financing. We represent developers of residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions, office parks and buildings, including residential and commercial condominiums. We also represent both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing. Our real estate attorneys are experienced in all aspects of real estate development, such as zoning, environmental, subdivision and related permitting.
