Rebecca A. Borden graduated from Skidmore College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude in both Government and Philosophy with a minor in Law and Society. She received a Juris Doctor degree in 1998 from Northeastern University School of Law. Ms. Borden has experience representing lenders on a national level in all aspects of loss mitigation, including title examination and clearance, loan modifications (including HAMP loan modifications), deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure and partial claims transactions.
