Mr. Reilly engages in client representation in commercial and residential real estate matters, real estate financing, title insurance and title examination matters. Mr. Reilly’s primary emphasis has been in real estate development and land use matters, having represented clients before municipalities throughout the Capital District of New York State in the obtainment of major subdivision approvals, planned development district approvals, special use permits as well as use and area variances. Mr. Reilly has obtained approvals for projects including major subdivisions, shopping centers, nursing and adult homes, office buildings and warehouses. Mr. Reilly was formerly deputy attorney for the Town of Clifton Park, serving as counsel to the Zoning Board of Appeals and is currently Assistant Town Attorney of the Towns of Ballston and Galway serving as Zoning and Planning Board counsel for both Towns. Mr. Reilly has represented both municipalities and applicants in zoning and land use litigation matters in State Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. |
