Keith M. Ferrara, has been practicing law for over thirty-three years. Mr. Ferrara received his B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame, attended the MBA program at SUNY Albany, and obtained his J.D. degree from New York Law School.

Mr. Ferrara engages in client representation in commercial and residential real estate matters, real estate financing and development, and corporate law, with extensive experience and knowledge of condominium law.

Mr. Ferrara was formerly the president of the American Heart Association (Saratoga County Chapter),  past president of the Saratoga Catholic Central Schools, and previously served as first assistant Public Defender for Saratoga County.  Mr. Ferrara currently serves as General Counsel to Bonacio Construction, Inc. and as part-time City Court Judge for the City of Mechanicville.   Mr. Ferrara is admitted to practice in both the New York State Bar and Federal Bar and is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association (president - 1987),  New York State Bar Association, Saratoga Springs Lions and Elks Clubs.
