Anthony R. Ianniello, senior partner in the law firm of Ianniello, Anderson & Reilly, P.C. ("IAR") has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1970 with a concentration in the area of real estate law. Mr. Ianniello received his B.A from Union College, his M.S./M.B.A. from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School. He is a member of the Saratoga County, New York State and American Bar Associations.

IAR serves as settlement agent/closing attorney for over thirty lending institutions throughout upstate New York. Its offices are located in Albany, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls with correspondent relationships throughout the Hudson Valley and Mohawk Valley region. Mr. Ianniello and his firm have represented many commercial clients before almost every board in the Capital District involving land use planning and zoning matters. These projects have included major residential subdivisions, shopping centers, telecommunication installations, warehousing, office parks and landfill matters.

Mr. Ianniello incorporated Northway Title Agency, Inc. in 1985 and has since served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. The company serves as an agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Co./Fidelity Group and has been consistently listed in the Capital District Business Review as the largest title insurance agency in the Capital region. The agency provides title searching and title insurance to the residential and commercial real estate industry through its full time staff of title searchers, underwriters, title examiners, title attorneys and closers.
